- You will need to log in with your Oxy credentials
- Search for Oxy ID Photo Submission if not directed to the page upon login
- Submit a clear, recent photo of yourself with a light colored, solid background.
- Ensure that your photo follows similar protocols to a professional ID photo or passport (No sunglasses or hats). Please upload your photo in either .jpeg or .jpg format!
- Ensure the photo is from the top of the head to mid-torso so it is not cut off or zoomed in.
Community Pass:
- Walk-ins accepted between 10am - 6pm

Student ID Card Photo Process
